Pensioners Ann and Ron Hayward, 72 and 75, have criticised Virgin Media after they received a bill of £900 in relation to a subscription package the company claim was taken out by the couple for ‘Playboy TV’.

Angrily denying that they had ever subscribed to the channel as suggested, Mr Hayward said “It is totally outrageous and ridiculous. Neither my wife or I would ever watch Playboy TV. That kind of thing is not something that interests us. Playboy would never show the kind of  hardcore sh*t my wife and I really go for, like ‘Alien Lesbo Zombies On Heat With St**p-Ons Go Wild in Dusseldorf’”

[Footnote: Dana Hashem from Virgin Media is quoted as saying “These films were unquestionably watched by someone in the Haywards’ home. We are happy to arrange a payment plan but have said they may want to find an alternative provider going forward.” Anyone who has any form of contract with any company which uses the phrase ‘going forward’ truly deserves all they get: see post 12th March 2014″going forward”]
